A BRANDT KD-98 COMPUTER CONTROLLED EDGEBANDER has a return table for efficiency. This bander can put hardwoods, HPL, 3 mm, 2 mm and standard edge banding on the sides of panels. This Brandt is capable of saving settings for future reference to yield automatic precise, and consistent banding, part after part, as it is recalled throughout the year.
CEHISA CONTOURE SERIES EP-C is a semi-automatic edgebanding machine capable of doing contour edgebanding on rounded and unconventional edges. This important addition gives JMC more capabilities to fully fabricate your parts.
IMA CONTOUR EDGEBANDER is ideal for edge-banding large and small contoured parts. JMC can produce small batch quantities with short set-up times and do special order work without problem. Working with edge-banding that range from .5 mm–3 mm JMC has the capacity to fabricate parts up to 4x10.
WEEKE-BP15 POINT-TO-POINT BORING AND ROUTING with a tool changer allows for complex parts to be machined in one machine cycle. The bed is 4x8 and has two fields and mirror image capabilities. JMC has integrated software to program parts and can translate YOUR program to download into our CNC .
THREE BUSELLATO CNC POINT-TO-POINT BORING AND ROUTING with a 4x12 foot bed and four field locations to improve parts per hour production. This CNC runs on the popular Winner90/Genesis, which translates programs from your .dwg program.
MEMBRANO DUO 08 MEMBRANE VACUUM PRESS with two 4x8 press fit beds allows for producing parts on one bed, while loading and unloading the other bed. JMC hasdeveloped the PressFit© process. It uses heat-activated glue to vacuum seal laminates to three-dimensional surfaces. Combined with JMC's routing capabilities, the addition of the membrane press gives JMC a whole new product line.
CUSTOM BUILT LAMINATOR using JMC's KissCoat©, PopFree© and HPBond© gluing technologies. JMC's laminator was designed and engineered over time, and combines the best features of world-class laminating machines such as: Black Brothers, Hymen, Webhoner, and Harlan. The JMC laminator has many features not found on our competitors' machines. A trip to JMC will show you a lamination line over 100 feet long, with an automatic feeder and stacker, a board pre-heater, a radiant heat tunnel for both, paper and board, web coaters for both board and overlays, a heated nip roller, and two heated oil drum rollers with hydraulic pressing units.
HPL laminating line adds versatility to our HPL capability. JMC can use its Custom Built laminator for HPL or use this off line laminator. Additionally, JMC puts a superior backer on its HPL, which is layered with a waterproof poly sandwiched between a spandex paper. This type of backer is used extensively throughout Europe . With 30-plus years in the laminating business, JMC has assembled knowledge and experience that stands out. JMC's custom glues and KissCoat© gluing technology produces the smoothest looking overlays in the industry. Premium and economy substrates can be specified. Both one and two-sided material can be produced.

A WEEKE POINT-TO-POINT CNC ROUTING MACHINE CENTERS bring economy back to CNC and boring. These CNCs are easy to program and set-up and produce top quality parts from simple patterns to the most complex. The Weekes are reliable and the cornerstone of JMC's ability to produce full fabricated wood components from prints. Using these low-tech, high quality machines JMC serves as your production facility with economic solutions.
TWO GIBEN PANEL SAWS provide the flexibility needed to cut full sheets into parts. The automated angular GIBEN will cross and rip full sheets in large books. Cut parts are done accurately and with speed, lowering the cutting costs and improving delivery time. The front-loading programmable GIBEN is versatile giving JMC a full range of cutting possibilities.
BARBERAN 18" WIDE VINYL, PAPER, AND POLYSTER PROFILE WRAPPER is used to effortlessly profile wrap MDF moldings with WRAPtight© glue technology. JMC has a VORWOOD slitter to slit down full rolls in preparation for wrapping. Many customers buy profile wrapped parts, fabricated parts, full laminated panels and membrane pressed parts from one source—JMC.
FOUR MOLDERS support JMC's wrapped profile department. A Weinig 8 head molder with incredible versatility, a Casadei 7", five-head and the Gabbiani seven-head are workhorses that have shaped millions of lineal feet of moldings with ease and accuracy. A Diehl molder is also available for 12" wide parts. JMC grinds their own knives and tooling to save you time and money.
THE FLETCHER-TOLBERT DOUBLE END TRIM, SHAPE, SAND AND FOIL machine allows JMC to accurately cut and foil the ends of wrapped parts. Wrapped drawer fronts are also a possibility with this unique piece of equipment

A FULL MACHINE SHOP keeps JMC's machines running and is used to build specialized wood working equipment to keep your costs down. In the past, a slotting machine, cornering machine, gang ripsaw, and many other pieces of equipment have been built by JMC and are available for special needs. Our shop includes full fabricating, cutting, welding capabilities and has a BRIDGEPORT VERTICAL MILLING MACHINE, BROWN AND SHARPE UNIVERSAL TOOL & CUTTER GRINDER, KAINDL SAW BLADE SHARPENER, ENCO TOOL ROOM LATHE, JET ENGINE LATHE, and an IIDA PROFILE KNIFE GRINDER.
